What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?
The customer’s information is solely collected through the consent of the customer’s decision and collected by the business owner only to provide services that were requested by the customer. Services which can include in products the Keeping Life Sharp, and Package purchases through Keeping Life Sharp VA Style. How do we use the information that is gathered?
When navigating both websites, there may be data collected from the customer who under consent, chose to share their information with the website owner. For the most part, what is received from the customer is generally their information regarding payment for a package or an item of their choosing. This also includes if the customer has a refund or exchange request. That request will gather information from the customer and be used to help the customer receive what is asked for upon approval. They would send information such as Name, email, address, contact number, and payment type. This information will be used to proceed with the requested service that is asked for by the customer. The customer may receive a follow-up after correspondence through email, or telephone just to make sure that; the customer received everything that was asked for, to receive any promotional deals revolving around the packages and items, and to maybe take a short survey about the services that was provided so that they can receive a better service next time, as well as (regarding short survey), to make sure that the website is keeping up with its audience and bettering quality for them.

All Information gathered from users and customers will be shared with third parties regarding requests from the user and customer. An instance would be an online purchase of an item. Though it would be nice if the owner could do everything themselves, the website owner from whom you as the customer purchase would have to send consented and reasonable information to the product company who they work with side by side. If anything, the website owner might get to the point of storing the products in a privately owned facility and will send out the item to the customer personally ensuring that your private information is not just given out everywhere. But in that time, the owner will notify the customer in regards if there is a change of sent-out location. All third-party connections will be listed below as to where your information could be sent. Let it be known that every resourced third-party used has its protection policies and use of personal storage once the user and customer become involved with them. If anything from the user and customer’s point of action through the third party is used incorrectly without consent in sharing, then the user and customer must contact the third party to resolve any issues that were caused.

How long we retain your data?
Any information given by the customer through any transaction will be kept to secure proof on the website’s business owner’s end as well as the customer through a receipt. The longest I will keep a customer’s information would depend on the type of transaction that is processed. I keep a portfolio of receipts from purchases solely for tax collection information (which could be from seven to ten years). Though I may keep receipts, all personal information regarding the customers’ billing address, etc. would be deleted after completing business transactions. Analytics from my website may or may not keep a note about my customer for a year, just to inform the website owner of the progress of her website.
What rights do you have over your data?
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection and Jetpack is used as a security against anything cyber hacking related. (WordPress Plugins – Automattic). They have their private policies and procedures when a breach occurs.
