The Gospel
Life. Death. Resurrection.
Ministry. Died for Our Sins. Holy Spirit Given.
The Gospel: God sent His son to earth to live life in ministry for all to know Him, where He then took up the cross to die for the forgiveness of our sins so that through Him and His resurrection, His Holy Spirit, which descended from Heaven, could lead us to eternal life with Him after believing, repenting, surrendering and declaring Him Lord and Savior over our life.
But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.
Luke 2:10-11
Jesus Announces the Good News
After John was put in prison, Jesus went into Galilee, proclaiming the good news of God. “The time has come,” he said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!”

My daddy used to say, “You know those lyrics but you don’t know that math…” And because I am now a 28-year-old woman applying his phrase to my Spiritual life and others as well, I could not help but passionately hear his words and explain them in a way that applies to the world around me. Who is God? No, seriously, who is God? I found myself speaking...

So, this morning, I had a moment with God. At first, I was having alone time with Him, reading, when I suddenly felt led to pray about me being a horrible parent and how I feel like I have already failed my babies as a mother. I was so upset that I just asked God to help me do things right. I asked if He would correct my...

There was a point in my life when I grew tired of being a Christian. Because I want to be real and vulnerable, I will share some things that led me down the road of feeling overwhelmed and having unwholesome thoughts. And let me say this now, after everything I had been through, I kept walking and trying with God until… I’ll just let you read it for...

When Josh was in the Academy, he sent me a song, “Shania Twain—You’re Still The One,” which made me break down in tears. I was in tears of gratitude to God because I had a core memory replay in my mind as if I was re-living the first time I heard that song. It was when I was about 6-7 years old, and my mother was driving my...

As long as you’re breathing, you have a testimony to tell. My daddy used to say that when you are far from God in life, making choices that bring no life out of emotions, God will bring you (his child) to your knees. It may be the worst thing that brings you to your knees. Still, when you get to that place where you feel so weak and...

Hi Mama, I hope you enjoy these learning and bonding cooking experiences with your toddler. Today, I am sharing another recipe I hope your toddler will enjoy making. I know this dish requires more of your work done in the process than your toddler, but hang in there. I will tell you how to include your toddler in this seasonal dish. {I want to inform you ahead of...

I Am, A Praying Mama. Becoming a praying parent is one of the most precious blessings that any woman could ever experience. The changes that occur in your body as God creates a baby that was freshly and uniquely knitted inside of you are a beautiful journey, even through the gross and challenging moments. Or even when you realize that God trusted you to become a mother to...

I always tell God that I am grateful for my babies and for becoming a mother, but it’s really a big change that we don’t realize as women. Back-to-back-to-back (for me at least) …. Our bodies have not been our own for a while; we can’t keep up with the changes and barely recognize ourselves. We want time, but we feel bad about it, or we cry when...

Hi Mama, I hope you enjoy these learning and bonding cooking experiences with your toddler. Today, I am sharing another recipe I hope your toddler will enjoy making. {I want to inform you ahead of time that I do not add exact measurements of ingredients due to family size varying and preference on specific seasons, and the amount may not be for everyone (especially a picky toddler), so...
